ABOUT #MILESFORMENTALHEALTHHK
Mental and physical wellbeing are closely linked. It is common for us to notice that we are not exercising as much as we could, but how often do we check in on our mental health?Miles for Mental Health asks you to exercise to help both your physical and mental wellbeing and see the difference it makes. By logging your miles for mental health, you become part of something bigger - a movement working to raise awareness and break the stigma around mental health in Hong Kong. Hashtag #milesformentalhealthhk to join the movement.
